The Freelance Chronicles #2
Here I was thinking work would be quiet up to about March. Nope! My January is just about filled with work already! I’ve got to say I’m feeling incredibly proud of myself, and excited about the amazing range of brands and clients I’m fortunate to be working with so far. I’m working in various capacities across a wide range of industries, which is really making the most of all the skills I have in my toolkit. It’s fantastic to be able to support clients while enhancing these skills, ensuring everyone involved is getting the best possible outcome.
As well as working with others, I’m also investing time into my own brands. Hatchling is blooming like crazy, with plenty of new ideas and evolution. Plus I have a super-secret website growing in the background as we speak, which I can’t wait to launch as soon as possible.
Much of this month has been summer holidays, which had me feeling a touch guilty for taking a break when I was still in the infancy of my freelance life. But since I had this sneaky suspicion that 2020 is going to be a massive year, I thought it wise to take the time out to relax and unwind before what could be quite a hectic year. I’m really glad I did. It’s been a fantastic couple of weeks break, and I’m feeling completely refreshed, recharged, and ready to go.
